Carlynton High School vs West Allegheny High School
0 5

On a cold and windy day, the Cougars stated their season off in Exhibition play against a tough West Allegheny team. With a late scratch in the ladder, the boys had to shuffle and play in some new positions.

The best play of the day came from 2nd Singles where Junior Adam Engelka battled back from losing his 1st set to a tiebreaker in the 3rd. Adam fought the whole match, but ultimately lost.

Carlynton will take the week to practice and prepare for their next match – A home contest against Keystone Oaks on March 22. All home contests this year will be played at Clever Park in Robinson Township.
